Using Dynascape and SketchUp, our design team produced a full 3D design and construction package. These tools allowed the homeowners to visualize every design element before construction began — from the pergola’s proportions to the material finishes around the pool.

Over the course of three weeks, we developed a plan focused on functionality, balance, and modern style. Key components included:

• Outdoor Kitchen Reconfiguration:
  We designed a custom angled kitchen layout featuring a 42” Napoleon built-in grill, outdoor fridge, and garbage drawers. This repositioning maximized the dining area and created an uninterrupted flow between cooking and entertaining zones.
• Private Spa Retreat:
  The hot tub was relocated to the side yard, an underutilized area previously used for dog access. This transformation turned it into a private spa retreat with privacy screens and ambient lighting.
• Custom Pergola Installation:
  A motorized aluminum pergola with a louvered roof and retractable screen was added to define the outdoor living area. This feature provides shade in summer, shelter in rain, and flexibility for year-round enjoyment.
• Drainage and Structural Solutions:
  We re-laid all existing Unilock Beacon Hill pavers on a new HPB base to ensure proper drainage and prevent future shifting. The pool plumbing was repaired, and a new foundation was poured for the shed to eliminate subsurface pressure issues.
• Modern Shed Design:
  The centerpiece of the backyard became a custom lean-to shed, clad in fluted composite siding with an invisible door system. Inside, it includes a separate outdoor bathroom, adding both convenience and sophistication.
