Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of Toronto, GTA, Milton, or Hamilton region and 18 years or older. Only one entry per household is allowed.

Entry Period: The raffle entry period begins on September 8th 2024 and ends on September 9th 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter: Participants must complete the entry form.

Prize: The winner will receive a free front yard design, which includes a 2D concept design. The design is for the front yard only and does not include any physical installation or materials.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 30th. The winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Prize Conditions:

• The design will be based on a consultation with the winner and will adhere to the guidelines and scope provided by Leo Landscape Studio.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

• The winner must redeem the prize within 12 months of the draw date.

Publicity: By entering, participants agree that Leo Landscape Studio may use their name, image, and design for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability: Leo Landscape Studio is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other matters beyond our control.

Privacy: Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Amendments: Leo Landscape Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.
